    @jeffwilcox @apardoe Unless they’re amazing where you live, avoid T-Mobile at all costs. Where I’m at VZW is king, AT&T is good at taking money and T-Mobile is only good at tweeting they can help but really can’t

    @JonFreier @TMobileHelp There really is nothing that can be done. Fix your system so that it works properly so that customers can complete transactions immediately and without issue. It really shouldn't be so difficult to upgrade phones. Like I said it took almost 8 hours on Weds to place upgrade a line
