I thought I was a @TMobile customer but apparently I’m relegated to legacy Sprint by T-Mobile purgatory account support and can’t merge my T-Mobile partner’s account with mine. They want a - way call with 2 reps and they keep calling him “she”. Unacceptable after 4 days of trying

Never do business with @TMobile they are the worst phone company their is you can be a long term customers and they still won’t considering helping you I don’t recommend them TO NOBODY THEY SUCK ! 💯

@TMobileHelp I’ve been in store, on DMs here, on the phone with T-Mobile as well as Sprint by T-Mobile. That’s the point it’s no help. You failed to tell me that I wasn’t a real TM customer until after I locked in to financing a new phone that TM advertised to me

@TMobileHelp I’m in the DMs but I’m being told I’m not a “real” T-Mobile customer… so that isn’t reassuring. You should be able to merge 2 accounts on your end without this drama. And apparently I’m not eligible for Magenta plans which is concerning

@TMobileHelp @ATT @Verizon It’s not difficult. The company we are both paying for cell service should be able to merge our accounts. Sorry if that’s an inconvenience to “Sprint” but I’m a T-Mobile customer now and deserve T-Mobile support

After @TMobile merger w/ Sprint went though, customers were told we’re now T-Mobile. They send a new TM SIM card. Then me a former Sprint customer buys a new phone and TM deceptively fails to disclose that financing a new phone locks you out of having a TM Account @AGKarlRacine

going on? My wifi is not working. I have work to do. It has been very unreliable lately. I caution people from cutting off cable wifi for T-Mobile wifi, there is a huge difference & terrible, slower service. When will my wifi work? The reps are TERRIBLE! Help!

@TMobileHelp This comes down to TMobile deceiving me when I bought a new phone from them. They should have disclosed that buying a new phone would lock me out of having a T-Mobile account until the phone I bought from T-Mobile is paid off.
