Vestiges - Code Vein Guide - IGN (2024)

Code Vein features a number of Vestiges that restore Gifts as part of a Blood Code. You'll find them hidden throughout each area of the game, so be sure to keep your eyes peeled and explore thoroughly. Before you start New Game Plus, check your Vestiges. If you explored a lot, you'll likely have a good chunk of them, just by playing naturally.

In addition to that, there are Vestiges that pertain to the game's four Successors that must be found to get Code Vein's true ending.

There are 16 Vestige types in Code Vein, all with varying uses. Below, you'll find a list of every Vestige type.

Artemis Vestiges

• Artemis Vestige I - Repair using Artemis Vestige Part A and Artemis Vestige Part B

• Artemis Vestige II - Repair using Artemis Vestige Part C and Artemis Vestige Part D

• Artemis Vestige Part A - Found in Ashen Cavern from the entrance, to the right path, and left into a cave.

• Artemis Vestige Part B - Found in Ashen Cavern from the Accumulator Ruins Mistle, to the right, next to a door.

• Artemis Vestige Part C - Found in Ashen Cavern, from the Entrance Mistle, to the left path.

• Artemis Vestige Part D - Found in Ashen Cavern, from the Entrance Mistle, to the right, and then up the ramp. Take the path up, drop down and it's on the left.
  

Assassin Vestiges

• Assassin Vestige I - Repair using Assassin Vestige Part A

• Assassin Vestige II - Repair using Assassin Vestige Part B and Assassin Vestige Part C

• Assassin Vestige III - Assassin Vestige Part D

• Assassin Vestige Part A - Found in Howling Pit, from the Hills of Deception Mistle, to the upper left path, to an open arena. Take a left and you'll see it across a gap.

• Assassin Vestige Part B - Found in Howling Pit from the Hills of Deception Mistle, and head back down the lower left path. This is found on the western side of the map.

• Assassin Vestige Part C - Found in Howling Pit, very close to the Hills of Deception Mistle, behind the tree.

• Assassin Vestige Part D - Found in Howling Pit, at the southwestern part of the area by a lever that activates a fire.

Atlas Vestiges

• Atlas Vestige I - Repair using Atlas Vestige Part A and Atlas Vestige Part B

• Atlas Vestige II - Repair using Atlas Vestige Part C and Atlas Vestige Part D

• Atlas Vestige Part A - Found in Howling Pit, from the Entrance Mistle, drop off the ledge on the right and go up, next to a couple enemies.

• Atlas Vestige Part B - Found in Howling Pit near the Hills of Deception Mistle, by the lever. It's in the middle of the map.

• Atlas Vestige Part C - Found in Howling Pit close to the Hills of Deception Mistle, head down the drop on the right and then follow the leftmost path. Once you get to the open area, had to your left, and then follow the ramp up to a large enemy guarding the Vestige.

• Atlas Vestige Part D - Found in the Howling Pit, from the Hills of Deception, head up the leftmost path and turn left towards a lever. Then go ahead and take the second right path to find this Vestige.

Darkseeker Vestiges

• Darkseeker Vestige I - Repair using Darkseeker Vestige Part A and Darkseeker Vestige Part B

• Darkseeker Vestige Part A - Found in Dried-up Trenches, from the Frozen Seabed Mistle, head back up the ladder and look under some crates on the left side after you exit the cave.

• Darkseeker Vestige Part B - Found in the Dried-up Trenches, close to the entrance. Head straight, and you'll come to the Vestige above you on the left side. To get there, drop off the side and climb the ladder that leads into the cave.

Eos Vestiges

• Eos Vestige I - Talk to Io after defeating Successor of the Ribcage

• Eos Vestige II - Repair using Eos Vestige Part A

• Eos Vestige III - Repair using Eos Vestige Part B

• Eos Vestige IV - Repair using Eos Vestige Part C

• Eos Vestige V - Repair using Eos Vestige Part D

• Eos Vestige VI - Repair using Eos Vestige Part E

• Eos Vestige VII - Repair using Eos Vestige Part F

• Eos Vestige Part A - This can be found in Ridge of Frozen Souls. GO to the Crypt of the Breath Mistle and exit the way you came. You'll find the Vestige by where Cyllene was before the fight.

• Eos Vestige Part B - You can find this in City of Falling Flame, after you defeat Successor of the Claw. Go to where Thebe was standing to find this Vestige.

• Eos Vestige Part C - You'll find this Vestige in the Crown of Sand, after you defeat the Successor of the Throat. Head to where Themisto was standing, much like the previous Vestiges.

• Eos Vestige Part D - This can be found in Provisional Government Outskirts, from the Entrance Mistle, head up the ladder and then take a left, towards another ladder. Climb it and you'll find the Vestige at the end of this section.

• Eos Vestige Part E - You'll get this one for defeating Attendant of the Relics in Provisional Government Center.

• Eos Vestige Part F - You'll find this one at the Provisional Government Center by the elevator that leads to the final boss area. Destroy the glass cylinders to reveal a path that leads to a ladder. Take the ladder down to the bridge and you'll see it on the ground.

Fionn Vestiges

• Fionn Vestige I - You'll get this for defeating the Invading Executioner

• Fionn Vestige II - Repair using Fionn Vestige Part A and Fionn Vestige Part B

• Fionn Vestige III - This can be found in Ridge of Frozen Souls after a cutscene by Iceless Falls Mistle.

• Fionn Vestige IV - Repair using Fionn Vestige Part C and Fionn Vestige Part D

• Fionn Vestige V - You'll get this after you defeat Successor of the Breath.

• Fionn Vestige Part A - This can be found in Ridge of Frozen Souls after the Entrance Mistle. Follow the path past two dogs and you'll find a ledge you can drop down on the left.

• Fionn Vestige Part B - This can also be found in Ridge of Frozen Souls, past the Entrance Mistle. Follow the path, defeat the enemies, and keep going straight to the Vestige at the end.

• Fionn Vestige Part C - You can find this one in Ridge of Frozen Souls, from the Iceless Falls Mistle. Follow the path to the left that leads down to a cave. You'll find this by a group of enemies.

• Fionn Vestige Part D - You'll find this one in Ridge of Frozen Souls, from the Snowfield Summit Mistle. Take the middle path ahead and you'll find the Vestiage in a run-down building.

Harmonia Vestiges

• Harmonia Vestige I - Repair using Harmonia Vestige Part A

• Harmonia Vestige II - Repair using Harmonia Vestige Part B and Harmonia Vestige Part C

• Harmonia Vestige III - Repair using Harmonia Vestige Part D and Harmonia Vestige Part E

• Harmonia Vestige IV - This can be found in Crown of Sand, after defeating Successor of the Throat.

• Harmonia Vestige Part A - You'll find this in Crown of Sand, past the Entrance Mistle, make two rights and you'll see it at the end.

• Harmonia Vestige Part B - This one is found in Crown of Sand, from the Entrance Mistle. Head straight and take a left, where you'll see the Vestige in the corner.

• Harmonia Vestige Part C - To find this one, head to Crown of Sand, past the Entrance Mistle. Head right and make a left, up a ladder and you'll find the Vestige at the end.

• Harmonia Vestige Part D - This can be found in Crown of Sand, from the Entrance Mistle, towards the shortcut with the elevator that leads to the boss. Take the ladder up and you'll find this at the end of the path.

• Harmonia Vestige Part E - You'll find this in Crown of Sand, from the Entrance Mistle, head to the shortcut with the elevator. Head up the ladder and go into the room on the right. You'll find it in the corner.

Hephaestus Vestiges

• Hephaestus Vestige I - Repair using Hephaestus Vestige Part A

• Hephaestus Vestige II - Repair using Hephaestus Vestige Part B

• Hephaestus Vestige III - Repair using Hephaestus Vestige Part C

• Hephaestus Vestige Part A - You can find this Vestige in Crypt Spire, from the Upper Level Mistle. Then take the elevator down and you'll see it on the opposite side of the room inside a crate.

• Hephaestus Vestige Part B - This can be found in Crypt Spire, from the Entrance Mistle, go forward and take the rightmost path that leads to a ladder. Take it up and you'll come to a section

• Hephaestus Vestige Part C - You'll find this Vestige in Crypt Spire, from the Upper Level Mistle, take the elevator down, and climb down the ladder. It will be on the right in a room.

Hermes Vestiges

• Hermes Vestige I - Repair using Hermes Vestige Part A

• Hermes Vestige II - Repair using Hermes Vestige Part B

• Hermes Vestige III - Repair using Hermes Vestige Part C and Hermes Vestige Part D

• Hermes Vestige Part A - For this Vestige, go to Depths: Den of the Dead. Follow the path from the Mistle, and take a right at the split, followed by another right. You'll find the Vestige at the end.

• Hermes Vestige Part B - This one can be found in Depths: Town of Sacrifice. Head east from the Mistle and then take the path in the middle at the split, where you'll find the Vestige.

• Hermes Vestige Part C - Can be found in Depths: Swirling Flood. Head west from the Mistle and then take the middle path at the split, where you'll find the Vestige at the end.

• Hermes Vestige Part D - This can be found in the Depths: Cliffs of Rust. Follow the path past the Mistle and head south, and then head left at the split, followed by another left where you'll find the next Vestige.

Hunter Vestiges

• Hunter Vestige I - Repair using Hunter Vestige Part A

• Hunter Vestige II - Repair using Hunter Vestige Part B

• Hunter Vestige III - Repair using Hunter Vestige Part C

• Hunter Vestige IV - Repair using Hunter Vestige Part D

• Hunter Vestige Part A - This can be found in Ruined City Center, from the Parking Garage Mistle. You'll need to open up the shortcut, off to the side, and then break the crates at the bottom of the stairs to find it.

• Hunter Vestige Part B - Head to the Ruined City Center, to the Underground Parking Mistle. Head forward and you'll come across an invasion and three dogs, near a glass cylinder that contains the Vestige.

• Hunter Vestige Part C - You can find this one in Ruined City Center. Head to the Parking Garage Mistle and backtrack past the giant enemy and you'll find the Vestige by some crates.

• Hunter Vestige Part D - Head to the Ruined City Center and go to the Parking Garage Mistle. At this point, go downstairs and you'll come to a thorn bridge. Cross it and take the narrow path that leads off to the side on the right.

Isis Vestiges

• Isis Vestige I - Repair using Isis Vestige Part A

• Isis Vestige II - Repair using Isis Vestige Part B and Isis Vestige Part C

• Isis Vestige III - Repair using Isis Vestige Part D and Isis Vestige Part E

• Isis Vestige IV - Given after you defeat Successor of the Ribcage

• Isis Vestige Part A - This can be found in Cathedral of the Sacred Blood. Go to the Inner Tower Mistle, and go up the ladder that leads to the northeastern part of the map. From here, take a left and go through the gate, where you can drop down. Drop again and you'll come to an enemy, where you'll find the Vestige behind her in some crates.

• Isis Vestige Part B - Head to the Cathedral of the Sacred Blood and go to the Entrance Mistle. From here, go straight and take the middle set of stairs, followed by a right and then a left, into the building where you'll find the Vestige.

• Isis Vestige Part C - This one is found in Cathedral of the Sacred Blood, from the Artifice Tower Mistle, head northeast, and then head right into the building, through the right path, and then drop down off the right side of the bridge. Go back inside and you'll find the Vestige here.

• Isis Vestige Part D - Head to the Cathedral of the Sacred Blood and you'll get this Vestige after you first meet with the Successor of the Ribcage.

• Isis Vestige Part E - Go to the Cathedral of the Sacred Blood and head to the Cathedral Front Mistle. Backtrack from where you came, through the building, and take the path that leads to another building, down the stairs in the center. Keep going ahead, and you'll reach the upper floor of the next building, with another set of stairs. Head to the next building and drop down to find it.

Prometheus Vestiges

• Prometheus Vestige I - You can find this one once you enter the Dried-up Trenches.

• Prometheus Vestige II - Repair using Prometheus Vestige Part A and Prometheus Vestige Part B

• Prometheus Vestige II - Repair using Prometheus Vestige Part C and Prometheus Vestige Part D

• Prometheus Vestige Part A - This one is found in the Ruined City Center. If you head forward from the Entrance Mistle and take the right path. It'll drop off and you'll find the Vestige here.

• Prometheus Vestige Part B - Go to the Ruined City Center, from the Park Ruins Mistle. Go straight, past the multiple enemies, then make a right and you'll find it past the large enemy.

• Prometheus Vestige Part C - To find this one, go to the Ruined City Center, from the Park Ruins Mistle. Take the shortcut that leads down the steps and when you get to the bottom, make a right. Keep following this path along the right and you'll reach a cliff. Take a right and you'll see the Vestige on the ground by a fence.

• Prometheus Vestige Part D - This one is found in Ruined City Center, from the Park Ruins Mistle. Drop down on the right and head to the statue. The Vestige is behind it.

Scathach Vestiges

• Scathach Vestige I - You'll get this in City of Falling Flame, after you find the blue flame enemy.

• Scathach Vestige II - Repair using Scathach Vestige Part A

• Scathach Vestige III - Repair using Scathach Vestige Part B and Scathach Vestige Part C

• Scathach Vestige IV - Repair using Scathach Vestige Part D and Scathach Vestige Part E

• Scathach Vestige V - You'll get this after you restore Emily's memory.

• Scathach Vestige Part A - Head to the City of Falling Flame, to the Entrance Mistle. Take a left and head up the ladder. Follow this path and then drop down and take a left, and then a right. At this point, take the second right and you'll see the Vestige, by a ladder.

• Scathach Vestige Part B - Go to the City of Falling Flame and head to the Back Alley Mistle, up the nearby ladder. Then go left and drop down, and continue along the path, where you'll find the Vestige in an alcove on the left.

• Scathach Vestige Part C - Head to the City of Falling Flame Entrance Mistle and head to the ladder that leads ahead. Again, use the ladder shortcut and take a left along the rooftops. After you see the blue flaming enemy, you'll see a roadblock on the eastern side where you'll see the Vestige.

• Scathach Vestige Part D - From the Entrance Mistle in City of Falling Flame, continue along the path ahead, up the ladder. Go up the ladder shortcut and keep following the path to the split. From here, head right and you'll see the Vestige on the right on the ground.

• Scathach Vestige Part E - From the Back Alley Mistle in City of Falling Flame, go down the ladder and keep following the path. Make a left and then another left that leads to an alley. You'll find this Vestige at the end by a ladder.

Scout Vestiges

• Scout Vestige I - Repair using Scout Vestige Part A and Scout Vestige Part B

• Scout Vestige II - Repair using Scout Vestige Part C and Scout Vestige Part D

• Scout Vestige Part A - To find this one, go to the Depths: Silent White, from the Mistle, head east and then make a right at the split, followed by another right, where you'll find the Vestige at the end.

• Scout Vestige Part B - Head to the Depths: Misty Ruins and take the path from the Mistle to the southeastern part of the area. Take a left at the split and then head forward and head to the end of the path, where you'll make a right to find the Vestige.

• Scout Vestige Part C - Go the Depths: Arachnid Grotto, and head south from the Mistle. At the split, go forward and you'll find it at the end.

• Scout Vestige Part D - This one is found in Depths: Zero District. Take the southern path past the Mistle and make a left from the room to find it.

Survivor Vestiges

• Survivor Vestige I - Repair using Survivor Vestige Part A

• Survivor Vestige II - Repair using Survivor Vestige Part B

• Survivor Vestige III - Repair using Survivor Vestige Part C

• Survivor Vestige Part A - You can find this Vestige in the Ashen Cavern, from the Accumulator Ruins Mistle, go to the path on the right that leads back, in the second alcove on the left.

• Survivor Vestige Part B - This one can be found in Ashen Cavern, from the Entrance Mistle, go forward and make a right, followed by another right, and then a third right. Keep going up the path that leads up and then make yet another right, towards a drop, next to the rotten Mistle.

• Survivor Vestige Part C - Can be found in the Ashen Cavern, from the Accumulator Ruins Mistle, across the gap. Take the path on the left to reach it.

Warrior Vestiges

• Warrior Vestige I - Repair using Warrior Vestige Part A

• Warrior Vestige Part A - This can be found in the Crypt Spire, from the Entrance Mistle. Head to the room with crates and glass cylinders, and you'll find this Vestige hidden behind the crates.
