Started TWN's service in November 2022, internet + phone. They FORGOT to charge me for the phone and TAXES until April billing. Big bill in April and they expect me to pay "right now". Thinking of going back to Suddenlink/Optimum, after this experience the pricing difference is not enough to care.

Frontier broadband has given me the ability to learn many things, in spite of the heat it does not freeze up. I have had few issues with wire melting and when i do, they respond usually within 48 hours to replace the pieces that our severe weather has destroyed. my only issue is that we no longer have a way of paying it in cash at the office as they outsourced the office staff. It is not outrageously expensive but could easily be cheaper. The net speed is as good as most in America tho i shake my head in wonder when i hear about the speed they have in other countries Maybe trump will work towards improving the grid.
