Latruth (born Robert Hampton) is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, actor, Youtuber, and entertainer from Atlanta Georgia. He is the founder and CEO of Fast Cash Records/Gswag Ent. His songs Drop it Low and Hands-Free became #1 on the charts.

“I just received my results from my endoscopy and found out that I have stomach cancer and I’m getting my stomach removed. Everybody keep me in your prayers. Name some holistic doctors and remedies in the comments ua, below family. I REFUSE TO LET CANCER DEFEAT ME !!!”
His wife shared on her Instagram a video of her and her husband with the caption;
“My heart is so broken. So yesterday we found out my husband has cancer 😩😭! I am trying so hard to be strong for him. I need all my prayer warriors to show out we need all the prayers we can get!! Cancer Update
Latruth underwent surgery on April 20th, 2022 to completely remove his stomach. He shared on his Instagram saying;
‘the surgeon just delivered me some great news. Now all I have to do is recover after getting my complete stomach removed. God is good. Thanks for all the prayers.’
Days later, he revealed that he is cancer-free saying;
“Man I just beat cancer 💪🏾✊🏾 it ain’t nothing the devil or non of his workers can say to steal my joy!!! Kick rocks satan !!! #godgotmecovered #stomachcancerawareness #godisgood #Cdh1 #feedingtubeawareness I’m cancer-free ‼️🙌🏾🙏🏾”
LaTruth Wife, Mrs. LaTruth
Robert was previously married to fellow influencer Briana Hampton. They got married in 2016 and separated in late 2022 just months after renewing their wedding vows in July. LaTruth was previously in a relationship with his first wife who is the mother of his daughter Desharia.

In October 2022, Brianna claimed her husband hit her multiple times which led her to file for a divorce. She also shared a picture of her hand tied in a bandage showing her husband hit her.
In his defense, the singer and entertainer claimed that they were doing a skit to bring awareness to domestic violence and that he did not hit his wife.
Briana later went on life and claimed it was never a skit and also had her children back her up. One of her sons said he has seen her mother locked in a room crying multiple times.

Latruth and his wife Briana Hampton intend that their marriage is on a rock and they might be getting a divorce. He explained on his Facebook Live why his marriage has been crumbling.
