1 downstairs bedroom available. $800 per month. ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED. Bedroom has radiant floor heating with your own thermostat. Each room has its own heated closet for clothes and storage. You will be sharing a full bathroom with dual sinks. You will also have off street driveway parking for winter months.

ABOUT NAU ROOMATES:
We have two daughters, Abbe (Senior) and Makenna (Senior) who attend NAU and live at the home. You must be clean, pick-up after yourself, contribute to the home, pay rent on time and get along with roommates. If you feel you meet these baseline requirements please apply. The bedroom shown in the photos is what's available for rent. Applications are being accepted for the upcoming 2024/2025 school year.

ABOUT THE HOME:
The home was built in 2005, is 2400 square feet and has been completely remodeled. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and a 2 car garage with additional driveway parking. Please see enclosed floor plan in photo section. The home is located in the upscale community of North Slope Ponderosa Trails just six minutes from NAU by car.
The downstairs rooms are approximately 180sf and share a full bathroom with a dual vanity. Each downstairs room is climate controlled (heated closets as well) by radiant floor heating and each have their own thermostat. All rooms are tastefully furnished with all new furnishings. The furnishings include; 1 queen size Temperpedic bed, 1 full size desk, 1 chair, 1 night stand, 1 mirror and 1 lamp.
The home has all new SS appliances and new full size high capacity washer and dryer. Recent updates include a new metal roof, all new gutters and a new electric SS stove. The home is very open and offers a relaxing feel to unwind from class. The home is completely hardwired for dedicated, fast internet (450M+ downloads and 75M+ Upload speeds) as well as WIFI with the fastest router and modem on the market. Additional security includes, a security front door and CCTV cameras around the home that are monitored 24/7. The home also has snow melt radiant heating (when needed) for the front steps and driveway for safety and enjoyability .
The community offers a family friendly environment, is safe, clean and close to NAU, grocery stores, shopping, restaurants and entertainment. There are also hiking and biking trails to the forest preserve just around the corner. See map in photo section. Your NAU student will feel right at home. We are easy to work with and consider everyone that's in our home as family.

All students that we accept into our home are an extension of our family. We will go out of our way to make sure that you have a sound home that is safe, up to date and taken care of. We ask that you take care of the home the same while living there. We want to do everything we can to make your school year a memorable one.
