Let me just start off by saying this is the BEST nail spa in Greenville and definitely worth visiting! The customer service is amazing and they’re super quick with walkins and same day appointments! My nail tech was David and I love how he took his time to make my nails perfect! Not only that but David was super friendly and fixed my nails from a previous salon who messed them up. David paid attention to the little details and made sure my nails were all the same length and perfect shape so effortlessly!! Even though my nails are pretty plain, but the pictures literally do no justice as to how stunning my nails are! Thank you so much David! This will be my new go to nail salon!

Beautiful nail salon. I was greeted immediately upon entering and was sat down for my pedicure then offered a mimosa. They take time with thier pedicures by that I mean a very nice long massage. Harry did my nails and I love them. This place is magical after a long day.

Was a very nice experience. Had ro wait a little bit but totally worth it. Only had to wait do to ghe amount of costumers not because of the workers. They let me sit in the massage chair while i waited. Had a lovytime and feel so relaxed. Thank you alAV nails.❤️❤️

Do NOT go here without an appointment or unless you have ALL day to wait around. Extremely rude, will not give you an accurate time estimate so you will keep waiting around. I was told come back in an hour, no problem. I came back, waited another half hour, the owner got up and walked out. I asked the girl how much longer, she said maybe another 30 minutes. So incredibly frustrating! I’ve waited around now nearly two hours and still no services!

Critical:Professionalism,QualityThe owner Kevin did not take his time and my nails were so ugly & lumpy but I decided to just ignore it and go one about my day. My gel polish started chipping off and lifting not even an hour after my appointment. I went back and the owner Kevin started to actually yell at me and was blaming me for his awful work. He refused to fix it and sat me at another woman’s station I asked for her to just take them off (which he wanted to charge me for which was fine) he did not want to let me get them redone which I was willing to pay for the services I was asking for. So I just paid for the removal and left. Overall the OWNER KEVIN was very unprofessional and rude but the staff was apologetic and sweet.
