When I finished graduate school I was told it's too difficult to find a job with zero experience...🚀 I was hired as a Learning anf Development (L&D) specialist for the first job I interviewed for...then I was told my occupation was "too niche" to find advancement opportunities...🚀 I was hired as an L&D Manager...I was then told you're too young to lead a team...🚀 1.5 years after becoming an L&D Manager I was promoted to a Head of L&D role leading an entire function🚀 2 years later I was hired as a global manager overseeing L&D programs for the largest e-commerce company on earth 🚀 2 years later another promotion..Success is up to you.. not outside forces, or negative voices.Believe, prepare, grow, and seize.
