The wife and I purchased the van to see if we would like r-ving around the state of Florida. So, we have driven the van for 1 1/2 years and stayed over night in several state parks and such. We've taken it to the Dayton 500 once and twice to Miami/Homestead for the NASCAR race in October. To Jacksonville, Vero Beach, Fort Pierce, and Stayed over at Sebastian State park last summer during one of the hottest weeks of the year. The van has always worked and has never left us stranded. Everything worked as it should when plugged into the electrical outlets we used and we probably put around 2000 miles on it. Only issue we had, is at times, after driving for a while and then stopping and turning it off, if we tried to restarted it right away it would take a few attempts. It ALWAYS stated but we tried to remedy this last year by replacing the batteries, alternator, battery terminals and such - it still does it at times. Ran scanner check on engine for engine light - clear check while engine is off and has for codes 311 and 332 basically saying that a vacuum hose is loose or has small hole or crimped or something very very minor because the van runs fine. we can take it on a long drive if ya want it runs nice and smooth. Also, probably needs a clock spring - this part goes inside the steering wheel behind the air bag - bag sensor shows 22 says clock spring issue - I called around and it can be repaired for 200 to 300 plus the clock spring which is 100 to 200 buck thus 400 to 500 repair. However, one tech said that that code gets triggered at times by the wiring under the driver seat. He said sometimes people put stuff under the seat and mess up the wiring harness located there - he has fix it by reconnecting or repairs a wire and it is a simple inexpensive fix but he has to look at it.

1995 Jayco Ford Econoline 150 - I think it is called a class B recreational vehicle - but at the same time my HOA and other public and governmental places do not consider it an RV, it has 5 seat belts for sitting and no dedicated sleeping area like in a cab over. The sleeping area is a full size type bed made up of folding the seats down - see photos. Also, I can park it in my driveway no problems and I can go where cars can go and I am not restricted as an RV. Anyway, it is almost 30 years old and it has lots of miles but for its age and use it has been pretty well taken care of - I think the van paint, graphics and interior are original. Not sure on the microwave and fridge. The interior is in fantastic shape for age and use (my complements to Ford and Jayco). Inside - NO smells - No leaks - No mold like in so many other vans for sale. Plus, this WAS NOT a three row seat van converted by someone by gutting it then trying to make it into some sort of live in van. However, it does have a few tiny bumps and bruises. The Jayco RV company has been in business since the 1960's and currently produce class B vans and other RV's, the lowest price Class B van is the Comet starting out at $132,000. Thus, try not to compare this van to many of the home made - live in - type vans currently for sale. Almost all of them are 3rd row seating vans gutted and unprofessional converted. I have receipts for the following: Past owner replaced the motor with similar new block, water systems, and electrical parts at 190k and the transmission was rebuilt 30k miles ago.

Colman Mach 3, outside on top, Air conditioner works as it should and so do the other appliances, sink and outlets. If you decided to buy it I can hook it up at my house. Van air-conditions works as it should (has front and rear air) I had it serviced last year with the brakes and other steering and suspension parts at Goodyear. I had Harold's Auto (Big Dinosaur) in Spring hill do a completed system replace on the radiator systems the other small repairs when I first got the van. I have all the receipts for you to see. Dose not leak fluids. It has lots of storage and can be put in several configurations for different uses. see photos and it has a trailer hitch with power braking assist - I never towed anything and did not use the brake assist. Comes with jack, inner screen privacy curtain, 30 foot 30 amp electrical hook up and van cover - probably need two people to put on - we did. I probably have a total of $13k in purchase and maintenance into this van so all the real work has been done. SOLD AS IS WITH NO WARRANTIES. First come first served I have a clean title in my name and you can have the vin number if you come out to see it.

Lastly, I do not need help selling and you can't scam me because this is a CASH ONLY sale. I will be glad to drive with you to your bank and the DMV to complete the transaction. Everything in person and nothing online. If you want to drive the van, no problem you need a valid drivers license and proof of insurance.
